Seats are sold in packs of 10 users and billed annually.
Do your have a free option?

Drone Enterprise is free for entities with both: (a) annual gross revenue under (USD) $1 million (according to GAAP, or the equivalent in its country of domicile); and (b) less than (USD) $5 million in aggregate debt and equity funding. Support is not included.

How do you count users?

We count the number of users (e.g. Github users) that have linked their accounts to Drone. An account is linked when the user first authenticates with Drone. Every linked account has a corresponding record in the Drone database; the total number of records is used to enforce the user limits.

We provide tools and API endpoints for managing linked accounts, including the ability to delete accounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit or debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, and Diners Club.

Will you customize the end user agreement?

Within our standard pricing structure we are unable to make changes to our end user agreement. If you would like to negotiate custom terms and pricing please contact our sales team.

Will you sign a Vendor Agreement?

Within our standard pricing structure we are unable to sign custom legal documents, including vendor agreements. If you would like to negotiate custom agreements and pricing please contact our sales team.

Can I pay via Invoice and Purchase Order?

The base price for Drone Enterprise is credit card only. Customers who purchase two or more user packs ($4800/yr+) can pay via invoice and get NET30 payment terms.

How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund of your commercial license up to 30 days after the original date of purchase. To request a refund please contact our sales team.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please contact our sales team to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
